Quantitative reference material for the PCR control

BACONTROL-DNA
(QUANTIFIED LEGIONELLA PNEUMOPHILA DNA)

Freeze-dried DNA of Legionella pneumophila to use it for the validation and quality control of the PCR amplification phase, such as positive PCR control and for the establishment of calibration straights.

The number of genomic units (genomes) per vials and the identity of the DNA origin strain is being certified.  Each vial is easily reconstituted in 200 µL of de ristilled water (will be provided).

Designed for validation and quality control of the PCR amplification phase.

It has a storage life of 6 month from the date of manufacturing and is provided in individual vials, including a vial with PCR grade distilled water.

The currently available microorganisms are as follows: Legionella pneumophila

BACONTROL-PCR
(FOR THE CONTROL OVER THE COMPLETE ANALYTIC PROCESS)

This is a quantitative material specially designed for PCR, in which each tablet contains a determined number of deactivated cells, with the number of cells per tablet being certified.

This allows a control over the whole analytic process, from the initial sample to the final analysis.

It has a storage life of 12 month from the date of manufacturing and is provided in a dispenser of 5 tablets.

The currently available microorganisms are as follows: Legionella pneumophila.
